Refund policy

Processing & Shipping

C&C Hair and Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once orders are placed with the shipping carrier and in transit. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure that packages are delivered to the correct address.

Please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment if your tracking number shows that your package was delivered and it's not in your postbox.

C & C’s returns policy is 14 days. Once an item has been purchased from our website, you have 14 days upon receipt of your item to return it, in its original package, with the original receipt and without it being used or damaged. We thoroughly check every package that we send out to our customers. Should you be unhappy with any of our products and want to return it, kindly send an email to candchairbeauty@gmail.com before you proceed with the return.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Any item that is returned after the 14 day period will not be refunded. 

Only regular priced items will be refunded, sales items cannot be refunded.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be E-mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 30 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
